Due to many reasons ( part of it is because i believe 2012 will be the end of the world ^^) so i decided to go korea on 2011 with my friends. I am very thankful and sorry at the same time to my friend as they always follow me to here to there since i am the tour guide but in fact i dont know where the hell i am ….so many times we were lost in seoul. haha! and luckily we followed a tour which included many places out of seoul and we met a good tour guide and a cameraman =)
1. Yeoju shopping outlet. Nothing special for me since i dont fancy branded stuff but my friends said some but not all were quite cheap compare to other shopping places.
2. Mt Sorak . This was the second time i came here. The first time was fall with pretty maple leaves and this time is winter with lots of not that pure but a bit muddy snow. =,=
3. Skiing!! I dont like it at all.. =( well ..maybe a bit. All i remember from this was that there were a bunch of kids who were also learning how to ski at the beginner level and i guess all the see this big onni did was just fall down and fall down n scream =,=! good thing happened at this place was our cameraman oppa bought me a warm coffee and just me~! Muahahahah even though he isnt good looking at all but im still happy with this. At the end i realized it was because that day was my birthday. = ) Ooohhh~ =,=
4. Everland. Typical place that a tour will bring you to. Compare to lotte world it is huge! but i somehow still prefer lotte world. I just gotta admit that i am too old for this kind of stuff….riding this (pic below) for 2/3 times just made me feel like vomitting. =,= so i ended up playing dancing machine.
Cute lil kid~ *.*
5. Suwon city. nothing special just sightseeing. For those who watch running man…theree is one ep that film at this place. I think one of the guests were chunhee..
6.Cheongwadae. The tour guide was saying sth of the mountain with this place but i wasn’t listening… =(
7. Gyungbuk palace. 이 사긴 예쁘지?? i like this photo very much! look who is the photographer~ 😉
8. Bukchon Hanok village. We were lost when trying to find this place and realized that many tourists were lost too. haha. The traditional korean houses…
9. Somewhere at University street ( dahangno).. just wanted to find this street art but after i came back from korea i realized that the place that i wanted to go was not here =,(
10. In sadong ssamjigil mall. In sa dong is a place full of traditional and artistic thingy.
11. Hello kitty cafe at Hongdae. Nothing really special to me about this place ( sry to hello kitty fans =,=). Food was okay as well as the coffee. The good thing here is that you can take many photoss..i mean only if you like hello kitty. =)
12. Beansbin at insadong. I read from some blogs saying that this place serves great waffles and indeed they’re! =) and great coffee too! But for me the price is a lil expensive which is about $17-18 for a waffle and an americano.
13. Traditional korean dessert house. I saw in one of the blogs recommended people to try this one but we didn’t try it cuz we’re too full after eating beansbin. =(
14. dooksamshidae. korean bbq wrap with pickle leaves or radish ( the colourful thingy). Food was yummy~ *.* n i really like my cold noodle very very mucccch! We ordered at set em…i think because it comes with bean sprout and other vegetables which make the pork portion smaller…luckily we were not that hungry at that time.
15. ms. lee pyeoldapang i just randomly dropped by this place since i like goguma couple ( in we got married) and this is one of the place they used to date at. Famous for their dosirak ( sth like bento) which you need to shake before you eat it. quite fun though. The dosirak is not specially nice but if you have time you can check out this place. =)
Tranditional tea => omija tea. Good for health ! and traditional snacks. My friends hate it though.
17. ojingo sundae 어징어 순대 fried rice stuff in the squid. Really really nice!! a must-try!!!
18. Samgyetang and bibimbap @ myeongdong.love it!
19. Dongdaemun. Saw girls dancing at dongdaemun, (in front of hello apm) mistaken they’re any girl group but i think they can dance just as good as the girl groups. 😉 Maybe they’re trainee of some companies..;P hwaiting!! Instead of dota ( which is expensive cuz i think they target the tourists) , maybe you can try hello apm, at least i think will be better than dota.
20. Musical. Watched a musical that was included in the tour package. Fun, lively and memorable. My favorite guy in the musical also the lead of the musical. Forgot about the name of the musical but is sth related to dance and ppl that do not understand korean can also enjoy the show as they practically just dancing and most were like body language.
21. Random photo at Insadong. funny haha.
cute tour guide who taught us korea history and culture. seeing her i can feel how difficult to be a good tour guide as i personally not a caring style person. Oh! she told us her daughter who is just in primary school is started to use bb cream and this is very common in korea! @.@
Photographer of the tour. We used to call him wolfman. Haha. Similar age with us so we keep calling him oppa oppa. And he sang birthday song to me ~ T.T ( eventhough i requested it) ㅋㅋㅋwe talked alot in korean (yeah~! ^^)
Thank you tour guide and photographer for buying me a birthday cake T.T It was a surprise ! T.T i wish i could have the same thing happen in this year. same thing for me means in korea! =P
